At Remedy Liquor, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the nature of alcohol sales, returns are generally limited to damaged or incorrect items. Please review our process below to initiate a claim within 30 days of your delivery date.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Examine your shipment immediately upon arrival for any signs of breakage, leakage, or incorrect bottle selections.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect merchandise to receive a return authorization.
- 3.Secure the Package
Once approved, place the items back in their original shipping container using the provided protective packaging to prevent further damage during transit.
- 4.Ship and Track
Affix the provided return label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference until your refund is processed.
